Terms and Conditions

 Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

**Cooling-off period:** the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

**Consumer:** a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

**Day:** calendar day.

**Durable medium:** any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

**Right of withdrawal:** the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

**Entrepreneur:** the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

**Distance contract:** a contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within an organized system for distance sales using only remote communication.

**Remote communication technology:** any means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.

**Terms and Conditions:** the present Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

# Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by **Manzova** and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the contract is concluded, these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the Terms and Conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms and Conditions will be provided electronically in such a way that they can easily be stored on a durable data carrier.

If additional product or service conditions apply, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them in case of conflicting conditions.

# Article 3 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.

The offer is non-binding. **Manzova** reserves the right to modify or adjust the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images are intended to give a realistic representation of the products. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Product images are illustrative, and colors displayed may differ slightly from the actual product.

# Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set out.

If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.

The entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure web environment.

The entrepreneur may investigate whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations before accepting an order.

Orders may be refused or additional conditions may be imposed if justified.

# Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within **30 days** without giving any reason.

The cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer receives the product.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify **Manzova** by email.

After notifying us, the product must be returned within **30 days**.

# Article 6 – Costs of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a payment has been made, **Manzova** will refund the amount within **30 days**, provided the product has been received or proof of return shipment has been supplied.

# Article 7 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:

* made according to consumer specifications
* clearly personal in nature
* that cannot be returned due to their nature
* that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
* sealed hygiene products once opened

# Article 8 – Pricing

Prices remain valid during the validity period stated in the offer unless changes result from VAT adjustments.

Prices may be subject to changes due to market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur's control.

All prices are subject to typographical and printing errors.

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the country of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

# Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable standards of usability and reliability.

Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within **30 days of delivery**.

Warranty does not apply if:

* the product has been repaired or modified by the consumer or a third party
* the product has been misused
* the product has been exposed to abnormal conditions

# Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders will be processed with the greatest possible care.

Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer.

If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, the consumer will be notified within **30 days** after placing the order.

If delivery becomes impossible, **Manzova** may offer a replacement product.

# Article 12 – Payment

Payments must be completed using the payment methods offered at checkout.

The consumer is obliged to report inaccuracies in payment details immediately.

In case of non-payment, **Manzova** reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative costs.

# Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted via email within **7 days** after discovering the issue.

Complaints will be responded to within **30 days**.

If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, the dispute may be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution body.

# Article 14 – Applicable Law

All agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed exclusively by **Dutch law**, regardless of the consumer's country of residence.

# Article 15 – CESOP

Due to European regulations introduced in 2024 regarding payment service providers and the **Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP)**, payment providers may register payment data within the European CESOP system.
